Dissenyat i realitzat a l’atelier O TÈXTIL de Vulpellac. Cada peça és única i respira el gest artesanal i la quietud del moment teixit. Extremadament suau i lleuger.

Embolcallar-se amb aquest écharpe és com un petit ritual: un gest suau però profund que uneix la delicadesa de la flor i la intensitat del foc interior.

Material: dusty mauve i cru de baby alpaca (54%), super kid mohair (22%) i seda mulberry (24%), combinats amb marbled pink de 40% FS alpaca, 41% fine highland wool i 19% donegal. És una peça completament biodegradable.

Mesures: 175 x 55 cm
Mesures sense serrells.

Tècnica: teler manual Ashford de 60 cm amb pinta de 2/10

Amb aquesta peça tèxtil feta amb teler artesanal s’ha volgut representar una expressió subtil d’equilibri entre fragilitat i força interior. Al centre, el rosa suau sakura, evoca la flor del cirerer japonès, símbol de la bellesa efímera. Aquest to, teixit amb alpaca, donegal, i fine highland wool, ofereix una textura càlida i viva, plena de matisos que recorden els pètals d’un arbre en flor.

Als laterals, el color cru sense tints, barrejat amb un rosa pàl·lid de baby alpaca, seda mulberry i super kid mohair, aporta una serenor gairebé meditativa. Del fons clar sorgeixen unes insercions de rosa en forma de plomes o flames, com si el teixit respirés un moviment intern. 

Embolcallar-se amb aquest écharpe és un gest ritual: un acte suau però intens, que uneix la delicadesa del sakura amb la profunditat ascètica del tapas. És com vestir-se d’un equilibri entre el desig i la calma, entre el foc i la flor.

Per conservar-ne la forma i textura:
Rentar a mà amb aigua freda o templada (màx 30ºC) i sabó neutre
No fregar, ni torçar
Assecar en pla, a l’ombra
No fer servir secadora ni planxa directa

Com arreglar un fil enganxat
Localitzeu en quina direcció va el fil solt i estireu suaument el teixit en aquesta mateixa direcció per ajudar-lo a tornar al seu lloc original. Amb l’ajuda d’una eina de punta roma (com una agulla de llana), empenyeu el fil amb suavitat cap a les bandes perquè s’integri de nou al teixit.

Designed and crafted at the O TÈXTIL atelier in Vulpellac. Each piece is unique and carries the imprint of the artisan’s gesture and the stillness of the weaving moment. Extremely soft and lightweight.

Wrapping oneself in this scarf is like a small ritual: a gentle yet profound gesture that unites the delicacy of the flower with the intensity of inner fire.

Material: dusty mauve and undyed cream baby alpaca (54%), super kid mohair (22%) and mulberry silk (24%), combined with marbled pink made of 40% FS alpaca, 41% fine highland wool and 19% donegal. It is a completely biodegradable piece.

Measurements: 175 × 55 cm

Technique: 60 cm Ashford handloom with a 2/10 reed.

With this textile piece woven on an artisanal loom, the aim was to express a subtle balance between fragility and inner strength. At the center, the soft sakura pink evokes the Japanese cherry blossom, a symbol of fleeting beauty. This tone, woven with alpaca, donegal and fine highland wool, offers a warm and vibrant texture, full of nuances reminiscent of petals on a flowering tree.

Along the sides, the undyed cream color blended with pale pink baby alpaca, mulberry silk and super kid mohair brings a nearly meditative calm. From the light background emerge pink inserts shaped like feathers or flames, as if the textile itself breathed with an inner movement.

Wrapping oneself in this scarf is a ritual act: a soft yet intense gesture that unites the delicacy of sakura with the ascetic depth of tapas. It is like clothing oneself in an equilibrium between desire and calm, between fire and flower.

To preserve its shape and texture:
• Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water (max 30ºC) with neutral soap
• Do not rub or wring
• Dry flat, in the shade
• Do not use a tumble dryer or apply direct ironing

How to fix a snagged thread:
Locate the direction in which the loose thread runs and gently stretch the textile in that same direction to help it return to its original place. Using a blunt-tipped tool (such as a wool needle), softly push the thread toward the sides so it reintegrates into the weave.
